EZTouch Firmware
Firmware is packaged with EZTouch Programming Software and can not be downloaded separately.
Upgrades / Maintenance Releases
- EZTouch Programming Software V3.1-A Upgrade (File size 31.5 MB)
IMPORTANT! Please read the information below before installing an upgrade. This download will upgrade your existing EZTouch programming software to version 3.1-A.
Do not delete any existing EZTouch files!! This is a maintenance release, not a full install. You must have a previous version of EZTouch to install this upgrade. To install:
- Un-Zip the downloaded file to a temporary folder using WinZip or a similar extraction program.
- Take a moment to view the Readme.txt file to learn about new features, changes, and other important information about this maintenance release.
- Double-click setup.exe and follow the directions.
- DO NOT erase your currently installed EZTouch files. This is only a maintenance release and does not contain the full software package. Change the default folder, if your current version of EZTouch is located in a different location.
- Also, be sure to upgrade your panel's firmware to D.4 (file located in the EZTouch\Firmware folder after installing the upgrade ). To upgrade firmware, click Setup > Upgrade Firmware...

Data
Highway Plus files
This ZIP file contains the released DLL and PLC file for A-B Data Highway Plus
that allows character swapping for strings in the EZTouch panel. This DLL is
released for version 2.4 of EZTouch. The DLL file must be copied to the EZTouch
directory and the PLC file must be copied to the DRIVERS sub-directory
This file is a DEMO project only compatible with the EZ-S8C-F and EZ-T10C-F touch panels. This Demo Project does not require the panel to be connected to a PLC.
Example Program: Setting the PLC Date and Time using the EZTouch Panel
This example has an EZ Touch project and a DirectSoft32 Ladder program that shows how the PLC Clock for the (250,350,440,450 and 05(with optional D0-01MC module installed)) using the DATE and TIME instructions.
NOTE: If you are using the Day of the Week ( V7771 in all CPUs ) ,for any reason, you will not be able to use this example. You will have to set the PLC date and time from DirectSoft
