I am getting a GUI-121 (EA_.mdb) error. What can cause that?
Answer
For the software to work correctly, the software needs to create temporary files. These files are in "C:UsersSome common solutions for the files not being created:
- A standard Windows module is used for creating 'EA_.mdb', you might need to do a repair/update on the Windows OS.
- Some virus/security settings might be blocking the file creation, try disabling some of your virus/security settings.
- When starting the EA9 software, right click on the icon, then select "Run as Administrator". You would need Admin rights on the PC to do this. Check with your IT department.
