Question I installed the KEPDirect software but “Purchase a Driver License" under Help is grayed out. How do I license the drivers?
Answer a. Most likely, none of the drivers where selected in the “Select Components” section during installation. b. KepDirect needs to be uninstalled. During installation, make sure to check the drivers and components you need. At least one driver must be selected. c. “Purchase a Driver or Plug-in…” under Help will now be available. d. View step 7 of installation on page 8 of the KEPDirect for PLC user manual .
