WinPLC Workbench has utilities to configure the WinPLC, verify
a WinPLC I/O system, and upgrade the WinPLC OS image. Workbench
is used with a new WinPLC to set its IP address. Think & Do
WinPLCs should be configured with Think & Do's ESP Tool, not
the WinPLC Workbench.
