Will my IP address change in the P2/P3 CPUs if I remove/clear the project?
Answer
The IP address is not affected by removing/clearing the CPU project.However, do not assume the IP address (or project) would not be affected by a firmware update. Make sure you have backups and are connected locally to the CPU before attempting a firmware update.
