Question
Remote access on my iOS version 7 device (iPhone, iPod or iPad) does not display a password box.
Answer
Workaround- Go into Connection -> Favorites. Press the Edit button in the upper left.
- Enter the information for your panel. You will need the IP address of the C-More or router that you are connecting to.
- Enter the Login ID and Password.
- Turn the "Register Password" selection to "On".
- Press "Done" in the upper right hand corner when you are finished.
Now you should be able to select your panel from the "Favorite" menu and connect to the panel.
