Can a C-More Micro be used with a CompactLogix CPU?
Answer
Yes, but the EA1 series C-More Micro does not have an Ethernet Port so it must use DF1 or DH485 and use SLC addressing mode. It cannot use Tag Based Addressing.If you are using a EA1 series 3" C-More Micro you will have to add the EA-MG-SP1 (retired part). The built in com port (RJ12 connector) cannot be used with the AB protocol. You can find more help on how to do that in the C-More Micro Help topic CMM310.Open the help and search for CMM310
Consider using the EA3-S3ML instead.
