Do you have any timers that will alternate the state of their contacts continously; turning them on and off, repetitively?

Answer

The CTT Series Timers can be used. They have the ability to use separate on and off times but the on time must be longer than the off time. You can swap which relay contacts are used to reverse the on and off time.

The MS4SM Fuji 1/16 DIN super timer family has a FLICKER mode, which will alternate the state of the contacts ON and OFF cyclically, but the ON and OFF time are the same time, set by the dial on the face.
