Question: Why can I 'Browse' and list my panel in the Online Link List, but I can not transfer a project to it. The Transfer Button is inactive.
Answer: Your PC network interface card (NIC) in your PC may have a different subnet than the panel.

For example;

  • Your NIC may have an IP address of 198.162.5.6 and a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0.
  • The panel may have an IP address of 10.1.33.6 with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0.

The NIC's Subnet is 192.168.0.0 and the panels subnet is 10.1.0.0. These must match in order to transfer a project to the panel.
