Question: I forgot my password, what are my options?
Answer: There is no backdoor password for the DirecLogic PLCs

The only option we can offer is to clear the PLC completely.

This will require you to send the PLC and a signed support request to AutomationDirect.com. We will clear the PLC completely and return it to you. The Program and any stored data will be lost.

The DirectLogic PLC password cannot be 'reset' in the field without knowing the password to unlock the communications port
