If Mode 10 is used with an internal reset (3rd leg of UDC), the UDC will only count up to 65535 (FFFF) after the initial reset.

After an internal reset (power flow to the reset leg) of CT76 configured as a mode 10 counter the counter preset SPs (SP540-SP567) stop working.
