| Question | Does the DL05 work with wireless modems? |
| Answer | There are two options for using wireless communications with the DL05: Serial and Ethernet. With the first option, either port of the DL05 will work with a wireless serial modem as long as the modem does not require an RTS and CTS signal for handshaking. AutomationDirect offers wireless Serial modems that are compatible with the DL05. The other option is to place an H0-ECOM or H0-ECOM100 Ethernet Communications Module in the option slot of the DL05 unit. AutomationDirect offers wireless Ethernet modems that can be used with the Ethernet modules. |
