| Question | The run indicator on the CPU is flashing. What's wrong? |
| Answer | The CPU has gone into update mode. This can be caused by an electrical spike to the incoming power or through the relay output if powering an inductive load without using proper surge suppression. To correct this problem, you will need a firmware upgrade and adding surge suppression is recommended. If you prefer to do the upgrade (using your PC), contact technical support for more information. If you do not want to do the upgrade, call for a return authorization number. |
