Question How can I find the MAC address of a C-More panel?
Answer
    If you are at the panel;
  • Goto setup screen (touch and hold upper left corner for 3 seconds)
  • Select Information
  • Select Ports
  • Look under Ethernet MAC address

    If know the IP address of the panel and have an Ethernet connection;
  • Open a Windows DOS Prompt (Start->Run->CMD)and enter the following;
    • PING (ip address of the panel> (press enter)
    • ARP -a (press enter)
  • If have the C-More Programming Software open have an Ethernet project transfer link created;
  • Select Send project to Panel
  • Select Ethernet
  • Select Browse
  • The link will show the IP address and the MAC address
