Question Problem: Help File Opens but there is no help, just the contents.
Answer Cause: Windows Security Update: It seems there is something new in the Windows Security "features". Solution: Right click the file and select Properties. At the bottom of the General Tab you may see a Security Section. Select the UNBLOCK Button. If this does not correct the issue, please contact technical support.
