| Question: Are ZIPLinks only offered for select modules? |
| Answer: Yes - although modules appear to look the same, they are different in their AMP ratings. You can only use 2A max on the points and 4A max on the commons. The ZL-2CBL2-2P and ZL-3CBL3-2P pigtail cables may be used with I/O modules when there ia no pre-assembled cable available, provided the maximum amp ratings of the cables and ZIPLink modules are not exceeded. |

Cables with "xx" in the part number are available in 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 meter lengths. The "xx" in the part number is replaced by (blank) for the 0.5m cable, by "-1" for the 1.0m cable, and by "-2" for the 2.0m cable. |

| Question: What is the electrical life of the OMRON G2R-1 relay used on the ZL-CM08RL24 and the other 24vdc relay modules made by Ziplink? |
| Answer: The G2R-1 is rated: 1,000,000 operations at 0.5 A / 30 VDC inductive; 500,000 operations at 1 A / 30 VDC inductive and; 100,000 operations at 5 A / 30 VDC inductive. | Question: Where are the labels for my ZipLink module? |
| Answer: The stickers for the ZipLink products actually ship with the cables, since many modules are used with 3rd party devices, and the stickers would not apply. The pigtail cables do not include any stickers, since they are most often used with 3rd party products. |
